How long will it take to get my order?

We have 12 different locations in the US, for expedited shipping we deliver in 2-4 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

1-Free Economic Shipping - 8-10 business days no Priority handling. 2-Expedited Shipping - 2 - 4 business days - Priority handling. 3-Express Mail - 1 - 2 business days - Priority handling. 4-Overnight - next day delivery if the order is placed before 3 pm EST.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Returns were never easier: 1-Fill the Return Form or send a TEXT message to return the item to the following phone number: 1-801-200-3889. Text Picture and add your order number. Attach picture if needed, name, zip code, email address and shortly describe the reason why you are returning the product. 2-You will receive a label in your email inbox. you will get this FREE RETURN LABEL within 12 business hours, print return label and return the part.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 1-2 days. Most refunds are completed in the next 3-5 days after we receive and process your return in our facility. We will credit your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the funds to be available and reflected in your Bank Statement.

What is full refund?

Full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding original shipping charge. Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt).

Cancellations

How I can cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, you may contact us by sending a TEXT message to the following phone number: 801-200-3889 or contact our Customer Service in the contact page. Just include your name and zip code, within 1 hour of placing your order.

If your order hasn't being shipped

we will go ahead and issue a full refund back to your account. (Have in mind that you will have to cancel before 4pm EST and within 1 hour of placing your order).

If Your order was shipped

Just return the package to sender, or refuse the package.
